Hims, A couple years ago a few of us gave this a go and had positive results. I'm going to give it a go again 01/01/2021, who's with me? Intermittent fasting can have many benefits for your body and brain. It can cause weight loss and may reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer. It may also help you live longer. I'll be doing the 16/8 (I will only eat between 12-8) fasting that I actually learned years ago from a Nantan in another area that is a nutritionist. You probably shouldn't try this if you: Have diabetes. Have problems with blood sugar regulation. Have low blood pressure. Take medications. Are underweight. Have a history of eating disorders.
