It's been right at 1.5 years since the idea of gathering a group of HIMS in york to start our very own workout group. Apache and Popeye finally got to see their idea begin it's new chapter today as we became our own region. Nunchuck started everything off with a quick disclaimer, a word about being prepared then straight to the warm-up.
