I won’t be held down by a malfunctioning alarm!!

Thanks to a call from Red Rider once we realized my alarm didn’t go off Again!! Once Q arrived we finished stretching where we moseyed over to the cougar and did 50 merkins, 60 dips, 75 step ups and 70 Irkins with a dash to the door in between. We then moseyed to the Dragon Wall where did a quick walk sit then we did PCH inspired merkin position wall arm step ups for a 10 count in cadence we then reversed it and did the leg equivalent after that we moseyed back to the cot. -KoRn out!
