We did a quick warm up Imperial walkers, hillbilly walkers, windmills Moseyed to the Rock pile 4 sets 15 curls 15 triceps extensions, 15 bent over rows 15 overhead presses Moseyed We did a set of 35's Merkins on one side bigboys onthe other Next up was some wall sits and bear crawls. Finished up with some burpees and running We even got a little show and tell from Flashover on some firefighting gear.
