Why Poles

Warmup followed by the Thang. 1 merkin, bigboy, boxcutter, squat, lunge at a light pole. Then run a lap around to to next pole. Increased the reps and runs at each pole. At pole 7 we went to the Y and barecrawled around it and did 10 derkins. After pole 9 we went to the rock pit and pick up a rock carried it to the culvert and dropped it. Picked a new rock and walked the rest of the way around. Did that 5 times. At a few stops we each took turns telling the group why they came out. We finished with COT and prayed for Korn after seeing he got engaged. We ate at Rainbow Donuts.
