10-minute warm-up while passing the soccer and medicine balls around the circle, 5 burpee penalty if a ball hits the ground. Then we played Dragonball with football, then soccer ball, and finally with the 15lb medicine ball.... which was a fun change of pace! Bojangles dine-in was closed, so we collected drive-through from various places and re-convened in the Hibbet sports parking lot for some 2nd F, and Yogi presented an introduction to the Shield-lock program. Twas a a good morning!
