In case anybody has been under a rock for the past couple weeks... York South Carolina has a Popeye's Chicken. This morning we decided to see what all the fuss was about.... We started off with a mosey stopping along the way for some of our favorite exercises. Upon arrival we decided to take a recovery lap around the building... Followed by a few more exercises. All in all a good workout will you even got a chance to rename one of bounties favorite exercises... so without further Ado I present to you the Virgin Merkin. And just what is it??..
